This SITE contains and/or links to sites that contain visual, audio, and/or textual depictions of nudity and sexual situations. Persons under eighteen (18) years of age and persons who may be offended by such depictions may not directly or indirectly download, acquire, view, read, listen to, or possess any photograph, video file, sound file, textual material, advertisement, or other communication, message or other content at, in, or through the SITE, nor place any order for any goods or services at, in, or through connection to or from the SITE. (C) THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. USER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SITE OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH USER. (D) IN NO EVENT WILL THE SITE OPERATOR, OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING THE SITE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. USER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SITE. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import. 9. Indemnification. USER agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the OPERATOR, any affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use of the SITE by USER, if any. 10. 	The Ugly One A story in the Compassionate Courtesan Universe Some anthropologists once did a comprehensive survey of what human cultures considered beautiful. There was one consistent: trait-symmetry. Every human culture in existence said that the person with symmetric physical features was the beautiful one. I’m the ugly one. This is my story of how I met a beautiful courtesan and what happened after. A novel length story (67 kwords).
	Friends and Benefits A story in the Compassionate Courtesan Universe I told her “It’s a long, complicated story about friends with benefits. Or without benefits. Or… I don’t know. Friends and benefits.” It was the story of my mid-twenties and sorting out my confusion about women, love and sex. But it was only in telling my story to a non-traditional “therapist” that I really found the answers and learned about the varied forms that love can take. A long novel (217 kwords).
	The Holiday Series This series follows Dave and his friends as they explore romance, voyeurism and exhibitionism, and the meaning of friendship. Each story is set at a holiday during the year. Seven stories of various length are done; nine total are planned.
	Summer Camp Stories Stories in Nick Scipio’s Summer Camp Universe. These stories are set in Nick Scipio’s Summer Camp Universe with his permission and collaboration. While they do stand alone, readers are encouraged to have finished the main Summer Camp story through the points mentioned in order to avoid spoilers. Includes: Dealing with the Devil and Bent.
	Two Minute Penalties Liz loves hockey and meets a similar fan in Steve. Unfortunately, he roots for the wrong team. They make a bet—she’ll give him two minutes of anything he wants for every game her team loses. A midlength romance (~18 kwords).
	Short Stories and Flash Fiction Humorous. Poignant. Sometimes outright silly. The one thing they have in common is they’re short (<7000 words) or just a quick flash (<300 words).
